Bonjour! I was from Albany NY, I know that it's not Canada but I did spend MANY a weekends in Montreal when I was under 21 in NY!!!
I love those bars (and "massage parlors")!!!!!

haha massage parlors. Haven't been to one of those in a long while. Once your over the legal limit of 18 here in Montreal, strip joints and massage parlors become less appealing. But yes it is awesome here: contact strip joints ftw

u guys know there r massage parlors everywhere. Just check out your local craigslist. In the Erotic/Services Section. But u'll mainly find asian chicks which is a good thing if you're into the whole acupuncture thing.

Was it the indoor or outdoor field at Arnold's paintball. The indoor one is kinda small but decent being located within town. The outdoor field which is about 25 mins outside of montreal is pretty good but there are a few which are better but further on the outskirts of Montreal

When I was in the Navy they stationed me in Detroit and since the drinking age in Windsor was 19 guess where a lot of Sailors/Grunts/Jarheads/Flyboys could be found in the evenings
Oh not me I just had my 21 year girlfriend buy my beer and drank at her house or in my barracks room.

I haven't really been up there other than for work in years (since I turned 21 actually lol).
I always went to a place called Massage Plus... it was an amazing place... actually it was just a bordello not really any massage involved....
Again that was when I was 18-20 and was young and stupid!

Daigz525
01-07-2009, 05:16 PM
creepy is a nice way to describe it.
At massage plus you walk into a room with a desk and a big huge 6'3" guy behind it. Next to the desk are a ton of couches with 5-15 girls sitting around and you pick which one you want and for what and pay the guy... REALLY shaddy but hey, it was fun while I was younger!

Just getting into paintball. :)
Bought a 2k2 intimidator, proto barrel, and eggy hopper from a guy for pretty cheap. I'm looking at the stuff at M.R. thinking I should stop rec-balling and try it out at M.R.
Thats cool man im just getting back into paintball myself, practices are held almost every sunday at M.R. Speedball only and the outdoor season is about to start, next practice is at 1 PM May 2ND at M.R. Paintball on Valley Road open to anyone who wants to play. Come check it out, very friendly group of guys and loads fun whether your brand new or a seasoned veteran

Sounds like a blast! Any age restrictions on it? I may not be out for many as I have other plans on some sundays. But thanks for the info!
Just bought a timmy off a guy named Blake. You might know him? He also said Roger tuned it up before he sold it. Sounds like for a "small" (compared to other paintball communities) we've got a program running quite smoothly.

Outdoor about to start?
We've already had a couple practices and a tournament outside this year. :P
No age restrictions the age of everyone varies from 9 to late twenties and beyond, as for the paintball community around S'toon it seems to be pretty great! We have events and a pretty solid bunch of players, like I said check it out you wont be let down.

Yeah we've had a few setbacks with the weather, remember this is saskatchewan haha, not quite the warmest prov. in canada.

I work in Waterloo and live about 45 minutes east of there. You'll have to check out Flag Raiders (www.flagraiders.com). They run an outdoor and indoor field in Kitchener with a store in Kitchener (indoor field) and Cambridge. It's been my home field for years. Great people and a good paintball scene in the area.

Nice, I have been trying to do some online scouting of fields but I much prefer to get recommendations, looks like a good place. I was afraid I would be driving to Toronto to play.
Noticed the paint prices are quite a bit more up there, how do you keep the cost of paint down? Looks like there might be some discounted days or membership discounts?

For rec/scenario play paint isn't cheap (anywhere) so membership might be the best bet. Sundays is BYOP at "The Cage" - 2 full regulation speedball fields or Wednesday nights at the indoor field is BYOP as well.
PM me if you need any more info on the area.

NICE! it would be nice to resurrect this thread so thanks for the welcome.
Another area that I am a little in the gray area about is bringing my timmy across the border. I have heard there is some paperwork that needs to be filled out in advance (my moving company mentioned this but they were pretty vague) but the regulations only mention airsoft specifically and "replica" guns/airguns, ie guns intended to look like real guns.
Any experience with bringing marker from US to CA?
Anyway, looking forward to playing with you boys up north, 15 days and counting down....
and thanks MoistTowelette, I will PM about more specifics when I get up there, sounds like the Wed. days are the way to go.

Not sure why the moving company would have said that you need to fill out paperwork. If your flying with your marker just remove the reg from the bottle, that's it. If it's packed away in a moving truck I wouldn't worry about it in the slightest

ive crossed the border multiple times with my marker.
they key is to never say the "g" word. Call it your paintball equipment, your paintball stuff or paintball marker. Just do not say the word gun. It freaks them out.
I have never had any hassle at any border. No need to mail it to yourself.

Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks for the advice. Border crossing went fine, just answered no to the firearms/weapons question and all was good.
in fact, they really didn't seem to care about anything I had in the car including my dog, open dog food, the beer I had (Which I declared) and several air tanks. Pretty much the easiest border crossing ever.
Hope to be out on the field soon!
