So, Im new here, I know, so you guys dont know how much I hate it when kids pop onto forums and ask the forumers to do all the work. Im not asking for you to do the work, just point out anything that I might be missing.
Im trying to finish up a Lab for my OS Windows course, and Im having some issues.
I need to format a drive with a Mirrored Volume, but Windows wont give me that option, it only gives me Simple, Stripped and Spanned. I also went into the command line to try and make one, but no such luck there. Any ideas?
And I also need to format a partition into FAT32, but again, Windows is only giving me the option of NTFS.
All of these are on a fully updated SP3 version of XP
In return for helping me, I give you awesome pic of me playing with my Timmy

This answer may not help you at all, I don't know what kind of constraints you have for completing your tasks but I had to format a large drive for FAT32 (to back up some PS3 stuff) and this is the tool I used

Maybe someone can jump in here for the Windows mirroring issue.. I'm more of a Linux guy myself

I yes, to set up a mirror for XP OS you need to go to your mom's purse. Grab a compact that she has (they are trypically smaller, palm sized and have a "skin colored" powder in them). Use this compact to angle the mirror within towards the computer you are trying to mirror. You then have a mirror of your original OS for XP...
Ok so this wasn't helpful at all (actually it was pretty stupid... I know). I'm an environmental engineer and if you ever need to turn your landfill's byproducts into electricity I'm more than willing to help out, but when it comes to computers I actually feel disabled.
Sorry this wasn't helpful at all, but a really nice timmy anyway!
