I personally think I'm done with this store, both online and the Toronto locations. I'd like to think I'm an easygoing guy, but swearing at a customer is unforgivable IMO, not to mention the general attitude it seems I get the second I walk in the door, just because I'm not building a Smart Parts gun doesn't mean I'm generally inept. :dodgy:
And it's not just their customer service that's lacking, a while ago on PBn a guy came onto the Timmy forums with a complaint about his BNIB Vice not shooting correctly. He took it to the North York location to have it teched, to which he was told to send it to BLAST. Once they had it apart, he was told the gun was basically gutted of new parts, and someone's used internals had be put in place (no body wear, only the internals/solenoid). This is the kind of crap I'm hoping this thread will help people avoid. Seriously, save yourself the aggravation and go to Badlands, Paintballgear.ca, or order from the States.
