Do you have the Ion or the timmy?

It's a fair trade, does the timmy have the classic frame? (Classic frames are terrible but can be replaced with a 2k2 style for $30ish.)

I would do it if I were you, because every time I ever go to use my Ion it has something else brake, and no it isn't because of something I am doing, all I do is clean it. But I love my 2k2 never owned a classic before. It is all up to you though.

Deals are out there, you just need to find them.

Dollar for dollar it's a roughly even trade, but you shoudl see if you can get him to add a little making it worth your while.

Listen to GOD's idea. Try and see if he will add any by telling him about how much all of the upgrades cost you and how much your Ion is worth (Tell him it is worth a little more then what it really is, but not by too much) and see if he will give you some money so you can get a 2k2 trigger frame.

Dude I would take that trade if I were you. Ions are junk compared to timmies, even if the timmy is a 2k2 classic. When yo have your new timmy all set up, I can almost guarentee youll be glad you traded.

I would trade. another reason is you go from a High pressure gun to a low pressure gun. Which will give you more shots fired per tank.

mcsquid86- An Ions pressure isn't that high, it is only 170, and you can get it lower if you get upgrades. For the Intimidators the LPR is low at like 70-80 you can get it lower as well, but a lot of people don't have a gauge on their HPR which would still be around the same thing.

ions are a dime a dozen....you dont see classic timmies often.....i would definitely trade just for the nostalgic value.....

Like Megatron said Ions are a dime a dozen, so if you ended up liking Ions better then you could just trade for a different Ion with more upgrades.

It's POSSIBLE that he can get a better Ion than he started with but it's not for sure because no one can predict the future. Chances are good that he could get a better Ion with the timmy but the market changes.
