Have an empire 2 pretty much stock except for eigenram setup. What would be the ideal PSI this marker should be running at? The recommended 55 and I am getting doublefeeds etc... Any suggestions?

Have you tuned your LPR and HPR recently?

What else besides double feeds are you experiencing? This could be the bolt adjustment, or detents failing... the stock range is 55-65psi in the manual with stock ram. Of course with the eigen, Lurker lists 55psi in his manual - I don't think this is set in stone though. I did notice in the description it says :
# Increased breech open time - Run lower loader setting to avoid crushing paint
Of course this only applies if you have an adjustable loader..
I've not used a Gen4 eigenram but I had one for my ND timmy and I ran it at stock 75PSI and had to raise the HPR a little to get 300fps.

the detents seem pretty stiff still and don't look all hacked up. I adjusted the ram cap so you see a sliver of the bolt in the breach, Halo b with V35 and I'm running it on setting 3.

more details would let us know if it was bad detents. So try swaping to other detents(preferablx the blue hard ones). Also like crank said check your ram cap.
EDIT......
well then. put the halo at the lowest speed and try.

well then. put the halo at the lowest speed and try.beat me to it! :D that would make sense, since in Lurker's manual it says to lower your loader speed.. go ahead and crank it down

ok so setting 3 is too fast... basically I pull the trigger and I get one ball that goes a normal velocity and distance while another one pops out of the barrel right behind it. The blue stiff detents are installed right now and look pretty intact. will try it at setting 2 on the halo.

that might be it.. i'd try setting one just to test and see if its the speed of the loader or not. you've pretty much eliminated detents and bolt placement, which would be the most common causes of double feeding. good luck!

The only other thing to check is your board settings if the halo isnt the problem.

board settings are at what was listed in the eigenram manual, frenzy 116 if that matters. Went to go try the halo at the lowest setting and the first trigger squeeze and I have a leak coming out the barrel lost the rest of my air, guess I have orings to change now too huh?

The leak is likely from your poppet, check that o-ring.
