I'm at a lose here guys. I just got my marker(a-bomb) back from BLAST. Was all set to check it out in the back yard. Hook up the tank turn on the marker check pressure on LPR 70 psi. Shoot the first shot...it dribbles out the barrel. Hmmm no velosity. Turn up HPR. A little better but i'd say barely 200 fps. The problem is i can't get any more velosity out of it. Blast just rebuilt the whole marker so I know all the o-rings are new and there's no leaks. The return sheet i got back with the marker said it chronoed at 290 fps. Any ideas??? I'm at a lose here:(

Do you have an actual chrono? Because that would help you determine where you are at a low better. And why not try turning the LPR up to 80psi and see if that helps any, not sure if it will, but that is where mine is at and it works fine.

And no i don't have a chrono but it's easy to tell it's shooting way soft. I've changed the regs. out on it too, and it's still acting the same:confused:

Does it sound like it has a leak anywhere, even though BLAST replaced all of that stuff, you never know what could have happened in the mail.

I guess the last resort is to pull it all back down again and check everything again. And your right you can never tell how UPS handled it.

First, check the battery in case the marker got turned on during shipping.

Second, back both regs out to flush and adjust after you gas the marker up and make sure your LPR is screwed fully into the front block prior to gassing it up. Also, make sure your ram is lubed. I've seen low velocity occur when the ram o-rings don't seal as a result of exposure to cold air during shipping.

I did back out both regs and re-adjust and the LPR is in tight. I will pull the ram out and check it and re-lube. I'm out of air now so i won't be able to see if that was the problem. The bolt is not moving freely, so you may have hit the problem.

Make sure that the ram is put in the right way as well.

Yea, I got it back in the right way. The bolt seems to be moving a little smoother. Will have to wait till wed. to get some air,and i'll put a fresh batt. in it also just to eliminate that. Thanks for the input guys.

Make sure you don't have any gunk/build up in the ram sleeve slowing down the ram. Clean it out with q-tips if need be.

Hey Guys I found the problem. Was opening it up to change the battery and saw the hose to the front of the ram sleeve pinched shut.
