Well had a used the VICE this weekend with some slight problems. I used it 2 weeks ago and I had my VICE at 60 lpr and 6 dwell and was shooting good with no problems. Well many times I have used my VICE at 50-55lpr and never have not had any problems with dwell at 7-8... So this past weekend I placed my gun at 57-60 lpr and Dwell at 7 and I could not get my gun under 320. The lowest it got was 313  I shot 3 hoppers through it (Chrono station) and no chops though :D

Well so I started to mess with the VICE a little since I did not use all my paint like I normally do and I left my LPR at 60 (With the lpr tester) and as I was lowering my Dwell Lowest I was able to go and shoot still was 4, but had drop off I could not get it to go down on my velocity??? after trying to reset my regs like 3X I placed the LPR at 57-58 (a tad margin under 60 with LPR tester) and placed dwell at 8 I was back up perfectly at 289-290fps  It just seems like my Dwell is crazy LOL

Has anyone ever had this happend before? Either way the Vice was shooting good and have no complaints.

i think your problem is you are trying to run too low of a dwell... you do not get any advantage to running a dwell under 8ms. And as far as lpr pressure, i suggest keeping it 60 PSI or above, or you will start to get FSDO and drop off at high rates of fire.

Stock dwell is 6ms poloboy. The stock LPR pressure is 80psi as well. I'd recommend going back to your stock settings, get your baseline and adjust from there.

^^ Sorry for the late replys guys.

I actually have the LP valve, so 60-65 is normall.

When I put my dwell at 6ms I cant get my velocity nothing below 312. The begining I mentiond that and thats why I thought it was real weird.

Thanks
