Our government is considering a crackdown on paintball after the Winnenden school massacre, which saw teenager Tim Kretschmer shoot 15 people and then himself. Kretschmer hasn't played paintball - ever.
Governing parties in Germany say that the game of paintball a malign influence because it "simulates killing" and trivialises violence.
German ballers petitioned the parliament (Bundestag) not to ban the game of paintball.

This is where YOU come in ....

YOU can help the german paintball community by signing the e-petition!

To sign the petition, you will need to create an account for the parliament's epetition website first:

ugh. i knew this was happening. i'm glad i germany left when i did, because sometimes it feels like they're still stuck in the 50s.

also, your links don't work. the URL is incomplete because of the "..." in the middle.

URLs fixed....and yeah they are back in time..because theses are the same damn old people who need to be replaced...

i thought this got thrown out ages ago due to a lack of evidence linking the shooting to paintball

they didn't change anything this time, but I fear that it will be up again next legislative period
and that's what this petition is for....to provide those stupid politicians from trying it again ;)

we want to stop the prejudices and defeatism on paintball NOW AND FOR GOOD
