To all forum members…

I am beginning to notice more and more members are now including links to eBay in their signatures.

This is not acceptable.

When you post a BST thread and you comply with the BST rules by not posting a link to feedback from a none paintball related forum, you ARE infact in breach of the BST rules as there is a link included in your signature.

I have let this slip for long enough. Either please take the time to remove the link your self, or you’ll be getting a nice message from me. Failing that, I’ll just remove it myself and pull any related BST threads for none compliance.

Regards…

KeenDean, moderator.

Not to sound rude or anything, but i really have no idea exactly what you are trying to say.. Could you please perhaps re-read what you put up, and clarify thanks Dean.

Some people are posting a thread in the BST section and genuinely abiding by the rules and not posting a link to a non-paintball related forum in that post.

However, if you look closely at the some of the signatures of the people posting such threads, there as plain as day, is a link to their non-paintball related forum feedback, for example eBay.

Several moderators are currently in discussion with the forum owner, crankwalk, as to how best to police/resolve this issue.

I hope that has cleared things up for you?

It was several. not seven. And currently it is Dean, Crank, Lopez and myself who are looking at the pros and cons of including ebay links.

Just kidding, man. IMO, the reason for leaving it out is a just one, as some people might not have eBay accounts, so there's no way for them to verify who they're dealing with. Which is the exact reason why I tore mine out of my sig the minute I saw this thread pop up.
