It won't void your warranty, because frankly timmies don't really have a warranty from what I've seen, I wouldn't recommend using anything else other than dow 55 though, no reason not to.

You can lube your gun with what ever you want, peanut butter or super glue even. Just don't expect to get the same results as you would if you lubed it as directed.

Well I been using DOW 55 since the beggining that I owned my first Lasoya Timmy to my Vice and never had any problems. But I just orderd some Lurker lube and I noticed it was definatly slicker then the DOW 55 and after I applied it I chronoed my gun and it was 3 fps from the DOW 55.....

I am very happy with it and since I cant think of any proble it could cause I think I am going to continue to use it. A lot of Marq owners have had good luck with it as well

DOW55 keeps the ram o-rings from leaking. Due to the "loose" tolerances of timmys it's basically a must. If you have a good supply of quality o-rings go ahead and use it, if you start to get sleeve leaks or your velocity starts dropping it's time to pull out the DOW55.

in short, using other lube wont void your warranty, it probably just wont make your gun work.

well I am going to C how long it will take for it to leak. I do have like 10 ounces of DOW 55 and a bunch of little bottles of Triflow.

I will post if anything happends

It won't leak - I've put my guns together with nothing but lurker lube for years and nothing bad has happened (except my guns shooting legendarily well). Gen4s DO, however, really need DOW55 on the poppet.
