Issue with Air Inefficiency

I built up a 2k2 clammy intimidator with spare parts and just started playing around with it and was surprised to go through almost 2800 psi in around 500 shots.

I have a 2k2 with the classic front regulator (low + high pressure) and the LP gauge reads about 80psi. It has high flow barbs and hoses.

I have a WAS v2.6 with the following settings:
dwell 16ms
debounce 2ms
eye simulate (just for testing)
BIP Delay 0ms
Ram Delay 15ms
Bolt Delay 13.5ms

I can't recall what they should be, so let me know if something is out of whack.

Try these settings
Dwell 8.0ms
BIP 1.0
Bolt Forward/Delay 15ms
Debounce 4
Mbounce 1

What solenoid are you using?

Drop the lpr to 8-10 and that should give you a better shot count 16 seems way high

He means "dwell" not LPR. ;)

Thanks to all - I'm waiting to get my tanks refilled. Will recheck the efficiency.

It's an old solenoid... how much of a difference does a new one make?
