Ok guys, so i got a critical frame. I did my best to install it, and i realized im going to need a whole new set of hoses, and two shorter frame screws(the ones that hold it to the body), and i eventually will need a new led/wiring because i tore one led wiring on accident removing it from the 2k2 frame.

Anyhoot, i was curious about the screws as to how to be sure they're the short ones i need for the thinner/lower profile critical frame.

One thing you can do it this,
Screw them into the body, with the frame on, then either tap or use a pen to mark on the threads how long it should be, then cut it a tad bit shorter so you wont puncture them.
Remember to only screw them in till they get hard to turn, don't torch them down.
I believe Alias frame screws are too long, but you can always use washers.
That's what I did with my old Critical frame.

ok but how would i cut them down? would it not just be easier to find the proper length screw? im almost tempted to go to lowe's or Ace hardware store and see if i can find something a bit shorter.

Dremel with a cut off wheel, or you could use a bench grider... vice + hacksaw. But like you said, you could just go to Lowes/Ace and match a screw. Just make sure it's long enough to hold on the frame, but short enough to not puncture the body.

The critical frame takes alias style frame screws. You should be fine with those.

If you cut down the screws, make sure to file the end that you cut so that you do not mess up the threads inside the body of the gun.
