Yep, yet another spimmy.

I know its old and what not but I plan on doing something I have very rarely seen on a spimmy. Keeping the spyder trigger frame. So I got a lot of work out ahead of me. Anyways, the base for this was a Spyder Pilot ACS, and a 2k2 ECX intimidator.

Did some drilling today, but got to make the bottem barb hole bigger. also need to file down the top cocking line... i could take some pictures but my metal work is sketchy at best. lol It looks great from the side, but from top its just lol.

Test fitting... and I got a whole heck of a lot to bore out on the body to help the solenoid fit. UGH... also need to solder the microswitch to the wire harness.

The frame is such a pain in the ***. I have just bored out a galley that fits the solenoid in the back of it.

Every time I post its cause I am bored waiting for the EFFIng battery to be done chargin and I cant go anywhere cause ice is on the roads. lol

I like it... I couldn't keep the spyder frame, but then again I couldn't dremel it all without a few trips to the ER... I am very accident prone. But it looks good.

I'll take some pictures of the frame now that its done... The project is on hold due to me foobaring my wiring harness. Crankwalk is about to get some business.
This gives me time to get a solder gun and take some more metal off the underside of the body to fit the hoses.

hahaa. funny guy junkiee. I plan on making a different marker. I am going to make a Aedes. Got someone to make the bolt system for a good price and what not. I just need a 11/16 MQ2 valve and body and frame. so i kinda need to sell it if i want to make the marker.

Hose came in, got the wiring done. And I am happy with it. so now I'm selling the ECX intimidator and the spimmy parts...... didn't take pictures of it cause I don't have the asa yet and I don't feel like waiting on the one in the mail. I don't have the ability to make a video. I'm kinda ****ed i cant show y'all the finished product. It was a pain in the dick to get the hoses just right so they wouldn't pinch. I have never been so ****ed working on a paintball marker before, kinda made me laugh after I was done, like a mad scientist. HAHAAHA

I got a wire harness and put the regular spyder micro switch on it. lol like the pink shrink wrap? all i had.

Im about to make a thread selling all my spimmy parts. i dont know what kinda prices i should ask for the frame or body and harness.... ugh.

Its the ball sack of the devil when it comes to paintball. Hardly ANYONE plays the damn sport they all just stand around and talk about it. Im used to world cup and heavy competition, here is just SWEEDS ballin. no air ball or xball. so I have lots more time to tinker.
About getting a deco block, I have already put the ECX timmy back together and I'm selling my spimmy parts for anyone who wants to spend 2 hours of their life trying to get the hoses to align perfectly so you can shoot the damn thing, what a pain in the deck. It took me at least that long to get it without kinking and starving the ram system of air.
