Hey guys I dont know if this has been brought up before or if I have just missed it, but I placed an order for a yak from tadao on Friday the 5th, this mourning I got a call from cookie at tadao, I had thought she was going to tell me they were out of stock and it would be a wile but to my wondering mind she had informed me that they will be releasing the yak oled USB and wanted to know if I would upgrade for an extra $30, and ofcourse I did, so moral of the story is that tadao is comming out with a USB yak for the alias, yay!

and what does this change for the player in fact? I didnīt ever had the need for connecting my gun to the PC.

Itīs just because of the 30$ more for the USB port

It allows you to load the latest or if you want older firmware to your board, for upgraded options, features and fixes, without the need to send it in to Tadao.

You can also load your own boot screens and screensavers to personalize your marker even more.

The usb is a great addition, eliminates the need to ship your board halfway across the globe to get that 0.0000034 BPS option so you can legally play tournies.

Cookie told me I was on the email list for this board in december, but I haven't heard anything about it's release.

Ya she told me I would be getting the board in about a week when it's released, so I'm pretty excited to see what exactly I can do with it on the computer

They should be $180, just like the gen5/Marq USB Yak boards.

You can trade in a stock board for a $25 credit.

yeah. $150 for OLED, so $180 for USB
