I purchased an Alias, and I see with some intimidators you can take the reg off without taking off the 90 degree fitting off the reg. Is there something I am doing wrong? also is there a larger frame (trigger guard) for people with fat fingers.

You could be able to take the reg off no problems with the frame still on. Unless the macro fitting is to long and is up against the trigger guard.

It depends on the trigger guard & fitting. If you get a straight macro fitting & a 90* street elbow, it will clear.

This is the stock Torpedo & a swivel 90* macro fitting, wont clear.

I dont have a picture of the elbow & straight macro fitting, but this is close enough. See how much closer the hose is to the reg?

i think most straight(ish) trigger guards will clear it. as mudder said, a 90* fitting with a hose/macro fitting attached will work best.

Yes my frame is just like the first picture, here is my gun
http://i69.photobucket.com/albums/i49/bigdaddyreg/Timmy/IMG_0100.jpg and before you say, i did not move the macro line like that, either way once you remove the macroline it still hits the frame. Also can i dremel that second piece of the trigger guard to make a little more finger room?

reggie, i've found that the species and lasoya trigger guards have a little more room. not sure if that's going to help your sausage fingers, but it may.

The F with a star is a European stamp to show the gun cant chrono over a set FPS(I believe it 250fps).

Pretty sure all paintball guns ever there have to have that or else you get in trouble.

actually 214 fps (14 joules). and tampering it voids the stamp. makes me wonder is there a SN on it too? because i heard all stamped guns have to have SNs from the shop that stamped it and a registered number for the gun.

It has something to do with the firearm laws and government.

I use a non-swivel 90* macro and it clears a ripper trigger guard.
