An someone please post an image showing the differences?? Forthe life of me I can't seem to be able to tell the difference. An since I got my shockteck anodize I want to do abomb next.

acid wash is 2 colors faded/sponged together. splash is just that, a splash of color dribbled along the body.
my gun for example. the black/green/brown is acid wash (actually, on second though, i think its a sponge), the gold is splash

Acid wash isn't rly sponge. Sponge ano is a little different. Acid wash is just that, color then an acid wash to remove some of the color.

And now Splash is just a base color, then drizzles/splashes of a different color.

okay thats what i though but it seems like some companies call what acid wash a splash an visa versa.
