This thread will explain what to do when your LPR is bypassed. I.e. Adjusting your HPR changes the pressure read by the Frontblock gauge, Which SHOULDN'T HAPPEN. Only adjusting your LPR should change your Frontblock Gauge reading.
First lets get some things straight.
1. The gauge on your Frontblock reads your LPR pressure, NOT your HPR.
2. All frontblocks Gen 2-4 Work the same.
3. The base oring on the LPR housing is what keeps your HP air separate from your LP air.
4. The Reg under your barrel on the front of your Frontblock is your LPR, the Reg on the bottom of your Frontblock is your HPR
5. You MUST lube with Dow 55 to insure proper seals.
6. Adjusting your HPR SHOULD NOT change the frontblock gauge reading.

OK, now that we have those things straight lets get down to business.

That slot is the base oring slot. Stock they have a Square Oring, most oring kits(Including the ones sold by Crankwalk here) come with a fat round oring, THESE SEAL JUST AS WELL. This oring will be the cause of your LPR being bypassed. As it IS this oring that seals the HP air held in the frontblock separate from the LP air going through the Frontblock to your solenoid.

This pic shows the slot in your Frontblock that allows the LP air from your LPR to be routed to your solenoid.

This pic shows the route the LP air takes to the barb on your frontblock. Notice that this passage is from the LPR to the Barb and is where the Gauge screws in and reads the pressure. So again this Gauge reads your LPR pressure, NOT your HPR pressure.
So if you LPR is being bypassed and your gauge is moving when you adjust your HPR and Not when you adjust your LPR replace that base LPR housing oring, lube with Dow 55 and that should fix your problem. If you still have the stock Square oring make sure it isn't twisted in the slot, as this will also cause leaks. Also insure your ARE using DOW 55. Once again Dow 55 is a MUST to insure a proper seal. If your LPR is still being bypassed check your Valve orings. As those may be bad and are not letting your LPR regulate any air.
Hope this helps.
I know the pics aren't the greatest but they should still get the idea across.

Yet another informative post!

I can't believe the guy I bought mine from had the solenoid hoses backwards.
I would of noticed if I were more familiar with Intimidators.

Probably just sick of the multiple post over these matter and it just makes it easier to link them, then have to explain it once-twice a week.

Seemed like 4 people posted the same issue within 2 days of each other. I thought it best to have a thread to link then having to type the same message over and over.
