Same here guys. It's been more than two weeks since payment was made and the parts still have not arrived. I sent $65 for #13 - Hybrid LPR, #17 - Adjustable Ram Cap, and #22 - LCD board on June 6th. I PM'd him several times and and he couldn't even tell me for sure what address he shipped to or when they were sent out. I just tried to PM him again to ask for a refund and his inbox is full. Seems a little dubious to me. I think we all may have been scammed on this one. I'll be opening a dispute with Paypal right after posting this.

I trust he will respond quickly to you all as well, at this point I'm guessing he's busy and/or has not realized there are inquiries on this forum. FYI, he lives in the Davis, CA area, and I believe I have his address which I won't post publicly. His AIM ID is DarkGen3Tech, and he seems to use the same username (crazedtimmy) on several sites including rollitup.org, youtube, techPB, PBNation, and Baller's Cafe. I for one will contact the local authorities in his town and file a police report if he does not refund my money in a timely manner.

That's word for word the same message he sent me on PBNation as well. This is a scam, and my guess is he's the scammer and his statment about only having an account on PBN is a flatout lie. The same account exists in most of the major paintball forums and appears to be the same person if you read through messages he has posted.

It's unlikely someone would target him by creating the same username on IOG, sell some stuff legit, and then start scamming people.

He uses the same username on the site rollitup.org which is a marijuana forum. My guess is he needs money for some weed and decided he could get it easily.

Raid his house? For what? Weed? Weed is legal in Ca if you've got a medical card for it, which is REALLY easy to get.
He did make 2 threads on PBN offering "free" Timmy tech help. Send him his gun he'll fix it for free, send it back kinda thing. I wouldn't doubt it if it was his plan to get peoples guns and scam them. Best bet right now would be to file a PayPal claim, and if hes stupid and hasn't taken the money out of his account you'll get it back. Most of the time dealing with such small amount of $$$ the Police wont do anything but contact him, once he says he either sent it out or w/e they wont do much. Best to only threaten police action at this point.

Nick, That makes no sense. In two PM messages to me on PBNation you denied that this account was you. You also denied this account was you in a PM to sstaab01 on PBNation. We've been able to find proof by contacting users on PBN that have bought from you and confirming that the e-mail address we used for paypal was the same. It's clear that you are the same crazedtimmy that is on PBN. Now you are trying to say it was all just a mistake? Not gonna fly bro!

It's good for you. If the buy files a claim and the seller doesn't respond Paypal rules in favor of the buyer by default.

Come on Nick! I've pm'd you multiple times here and on PBNation. You have not responded to my PM's since last week when this first started going south. Any respectable person wouldn't say "if you don't PM, I will not reach you." All the information you need about who is missing stuff is in this thread. You even posted a couple of messages back that you knew I (and several others) am missing my parts. Still I don't hear from you. If this was legitimately a mistake or mix up and you were genuinely trying to make this right and get people their parts, or get them a refund, you would be going out of your way to contact them and let them know what is going on. It doesn't take days. Everyone that is missing stuff should have had a refund or tracking number within a day of you discovering there was a problem. You've given us a couple of different stories now. First you tried to tell us someone was impersonating you on IOG, then we were able to come up with proof otherwise, then you said you had four boxes returned to you. That seems pretty suspicious. What are the chances that you send out four boxes and they all get returned? You have one day and then I'm filing a police report in addition to the paypal dispute that I already filed.

Oh yeah, I also PM'd you to let you know that I'm missing my parts and would like a refund...

I suspect it will go unanswered, but I will let everyone know what he says and if he replies.

I will give him a week to get me my stuff and then on behalf of all of those who haven't received anything I will contact my lawyer and get legal action going. If it was just me that got stiffed it wouldn't be a big deal, but this seems to be a big problem. Anyone who is missing stuff please pm me.

okay this is getting way out of hand i shipped a lot of items and they all should have arrive. If they did not get to you then they are at 1 your post office 2 you have them and are bs'ing, or 3 I may not have reshipped you package because I was out for a week on personal business.
I am sure that a lot of packages were reshipped and Im getting annoyed at the fact that all you guys dont listen. first I said dont over pm, and you all did. I cannot delete pms and I cant sort though all your pms so any way of my fixing this problem you guys are personally making it harder
I asked for your addresses, and what items you paid for, not extra items that you think you can get but what you are entitled too.

the board ram cap and the lpr were shipped to this address, I cannot issue a refund as the parts were shipped and I no longer have them. the exchange was made. I am not a lier or scammer sorry i did not ship to the cell address i ship to the address on the paypal cause I use paypal shipping tool thing

This guy is a flat out lier and has no interest in resolving this. Had he used the paypal shipping tool, I would have recived and e-mail indicating that my item shipped. It would also be reflected in my paypal history that he shipped it to me and when. I sell stuff via paypal all the time. Every story you've told so far is paper thin and doesn't hold up... Hopefully your next excuse will be better.

This story again. We've already been able to confrim it's untrue as you have used the same paypal e-mail address over there as the one I sent my money to.

Im going to say this, I actually have no ability to refund, I cant, but I can either replace your package or something else, its up to you but I simply have no ability to refund...

I will only be satisifed with a full refund or the parts I ordered. Based on the conflicting stories told so far and the amount of time this has dragged on, I don't believe they were ever shipped or that you actually have any intention of resolving this in a satisfactory fashion and will move forward with the paypal dispute and contacting the police. If the parts I ordered were to show up really really quickly, I would be inclined to stop both actions.

the funny part is that it is the sellers responsiblility to make sure the item either arrives at the destination or there is a full refund for missing products, dont let him try to say it got lost in the mail and its not his problem, it is his responsibility to make sure the package is tracked and insured, dont **** with him anymore, file your claims and call the davis police department and get this going before you guys are Over the date for your pp claims.

My paypal claim has been up for days now. Told me he never received anything back in a PM this morning? I am assuming he means that my items were shipped and he never received a package back? Well follow my paypal trusted address and the package would be at my house by now so you're out of luck buddy. How many people have filed police reports? Should I go through that process too?
