Don't take you LPR over 80 on your guage it will blow the noid. I'm not a tech , but I do know that.

Where do you live? The reason is my Timmy is Wimmpy and hates the cold and that could be your issue.

change the oring inside the lpr. You have to take it off with an adjustable wrench, and get it off like that. I would put money on that oring.

Take a look at THIS POST (http://www.intimidatorowners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19)

Make sure you're setting both your LPR and your HPR correctly, I'd recommend you set the LPR for 75psi to start with.

Then make sure you have no pinched hoses inside the clamshell.

Also make sure the battery is brand new.

Try lubing the o-rings in your LPR and HPR piston and poppet/ram to ensure they are well maintained, as you got the marker in a trade who knows how the last owner maintained it.

I've printed that post and stapled it to my board manual and keep it in my marker case, If Bob says do it... I'll do it :)

so i took it apart and hit the red button on the noid and it fired, so i took the noid apart and lubed it but now its like the hoses are switched the bolt and ram slam foward and wont come backwards, do i just need a new noid and if so where to get it at?

The solenoid valves don't need more than the lightest film of lube. The specs say no lube (for normal operation ;)). You may have gotten some into the passages. While you wait for your new one, run some thin wire or fishing line through the passages and ports. Mine got clogged when I cleaned all the crusties out of my HPR. It might have been old lube or new lube, but it was plugged up. I finally got it cleaned out with fishing line and alcohol.

If the noid is firing when you hit the red button, it might be okay.

Check THIS POST (http://www.intimidatorowners.com/forums/showpost.php?p=5519&postcount=2) for the proper noid/hose orientation, sounds like you maybe hooked up the hoses backwards

Or you put the noid back together in reverse.
