Movement on the gauge is normal. That kind of movement is not normal.

Usually this is caused from the Torpedo reg. Open it up, clean the lube off the piston and inside the reg. Then check the o-ring on the piston for damage. Replace if necessary and relube. Check the reg wall for any wear from the spring. Also, check the pin valve for damage.

Do the same inside the LPR. Replace the o-rings if needed, check for scoring on the reg wall and relube. Does it get better?

i have noticed that some gauges move more then others. really depends on the quality of the gauage

I would take Lopez's advice with that kind of drop off your system is getting starved for air. After you swap out o-rings I'd tune that bad boy like your sposed to every time you hit the field, flush both your Lpr and Hpr, get your psi to 70ish and run from there. ..... If your velocity is really inconsistent we need to look at other possible problems. Keep us informed!

NP man, If you got some extra time you can try to find out if you got some crap in that front block, sometimes if you use plummer's tape to snug in regs instead of lock tight this will happen and you can blow debris threw the gun, Keep us posted if you have anymore issues and Welcome to the cite...
