When I started playing paintball. Classic Intimidators, and Ripper 1's were the guns of choice of the top players in my area. I always wanted a ripper 1 but because I was only 13 I had to make due with an impulse. Now a days I have 2 ripper 1's that I use very regularly, but had always wanted a brand new one.

I built this gun myself after finding and purchasing the raw body off of ebay. To my knowledge this is probably the last prototype (or even regular) ripper 1 that will ever be made. I could be wrong but seems pretty likely since this gun is about a decade old.

The marker was completely raw and had never been anodised, or used.
Body is 100% original and has not been tapped for an alias front block, or milled on the underside. Instead an empire front block was used since it is threaded. To fit the solenoid, I removed the tab that it rests on. Everything fits together well.

Parts Breakdown
-Ripper 1 Prototype body (1 of 7???)
-Tadao USB Board
-Empire Trigger frame
-Empire Trigger Guard
-CCM Feedneck
-Shocktech Bolt
-BL 360 Reg
-Techna Rapier Trigger
-Shocktech LPR Cap

Parts were sent for polishing and anodising. This is a gun I plan to keep forever so I did it in a fitting color scheme. I always wanted an orange gun, and since rules changed last year I decided to go for it. I went for splash parts for shock factor, and to reflect the old school heritage of this marker.

After assembly it was time for testing. This is a video of the first hopper I shot out of the box...

I used this marker last weekend at practice. It shot awesome, I was able to get around 7 pods off of my 56/45. I shot a case and a half of ultra evil with no breaks. Project complete and Im pretty stoked to have the gun i drooled about when i was just a lil noob kid. Im thinking about putting my victory down and using a lil more.

dude. that's absolutely amazing. that anno scheme reminds me of the good old days of crazy anno'd bob long splash cockers, kapp cockers, and shocker 4x4s... you're my new favorite.

Mad props for building an old school Timmy. Very nice! There is nothing like hailing your own Timmy and listening to rip!

Never mind Vegas NPPL... come along to the IOG Vegas trip!

A very nice marker, and I almost bid on that ripper body when it was on eBay. An unusual colour combination, but I actually like the splash parts.

Sweet GAT mate.

nah man. Ambush is my field/team.

a company called tonsixers did mine. they do a lot of pump/ano work locally. They've done a lot of my guns, so price was excellent.
