Despite that fact that your clone would be an exact duplicate of yourself, down to the last cell, his personality would be subjective to environmental and emotional factors that probably could not be pre-determined, and would be unlikely to fit your personality.
That said, is it not a personality that makes a person, and depending on the your religion, a soul?

Another excellent question would be whether or not said clone has a soul. No soul (personality) could it really be a true human?

I believe this disqualifies masturbation, unless you could get your clone to do the dutch rudder.
Looking at genetic information gathered from both yourself and the clone, all the alleles would match, and by genetic standards, could lean more towards the argument that sex with your clone would in fact be incest.
