OK here is my deal.

If I have the HPR up just enough to keep the bolt back then there is no issues. Chronos at about 150.

When I turn up the HPR to get the gun shooting 280ish it leaks like crazy. As soon as I turn down the HPR the leak stops.

I am fairly new to Timmy's so I am not sure where to start.

The LPR is set to 75psi.

It is an A-Bomb btw.

where does it leak from when you turn up the HPR?

I just tested again and it feels and sounds like it is coming from the bolt.

change the ram o-rings they may not be sealing past a certain psi

hummm... OK will try that. I just find it odd, since it just came back from BLAST. You would think Joe would have tested everything.

Now to get my lesson in taking the whole gun completely apart to change those o-rings :)

hehe... to change the ram o-rings, unscrew the rear cap (ram cap), pull up on the bolt pin to disengage the pin from the ram, and tilt the marker back so the ram slides out. This is the second easiest part to remove on the marker (first being the bolt)

:)

OK will try that now.

Turn the HPR up so it just barely starts to leak.. then push down on the bolt pin a bunch of times (attached to the ram) see if the sound changes any..

Also another thing to check is the possibility of a pinpoint hole in your hosing or leaking from barbs.. try taking of your clamshell and seeing if air is coming out of any of these connections...

OK will try that later, and post up the results.
