Sup. I bought an 06 timmy at world cup this year nad after a few months it leaks from what sounds like right under the feedneck inside the ram casing or barrel chamber. Been reading some other posts and was wondering what i should to to replace or look for first when taking it apart. Moreover i dont feel any air leaks from the hoses but am really considering the HYBRID maxflow hoses and barbs. Thanks for everyones time:D

while its leaking, push down on the bolt pin while attached to the ram.. if the leak noise changes, try replacing your ram o-rings and lubing them with Dow 55
if not, it is probably your poppet leaking, change the o-rings on it and if you have the brass poppet be sure not to get any lube on the middle o-ring (but lube the others).

heheh again crank has beat me to the punch. good advice ... if like he said you cant seem to locate the leak from the poppit area or the ram, you can take out the bolt and listen if it is from the poppet area it usually becomes louder in my experience with the bolt out.
If your pinky is skinny enough you can try to cover one of those two holes( the ram area, or where the air escapes to shoot the ball) and see if you can determine the leak there. From just personal experience the ram O-rings seem to be the suspect nine out of 10 times.
If your ram sleeve is housing the leak, I would suggest removing all the old lube from the sleeve via q-tips, go in from the top of you gun and make that bad boy spotless then re lube just the o-rings in the ram with Dow 55 or another lube that swells o-rings and make sure the ram its self is clean of lube.
When I first started to tech my own gun I was over lubing the heck out of the ram. now that I know better I have to clean the sleeve out less and change o-rings even fewer times because there is less build up of dirt and debris in the sleeve. keep us updated if you cant find the leak we can try other things !!!

i actually went to practice today..sunday.. and when i turned on my air the leak was worse than last week after i cleaned and relubed the ram and chamber. didnt replace orings yet but will do once i get them. further inspection of turning on and off the air with the faceplate off turned my attention the possibility of it being the solenoid located underneath the board. new poppet and evil ram combo are going to be ordered very soon. thanks for your help.

did you punch a hole in the body when putting the front screw in? My a-bomb had a leak when I got it and I changed and lubed all tha parts and that is what I (and BLAST) think the issue is. It is at BLAST now getting fixed.

i evil punch ram is said to be recessed into the adjustable bumper knob making if near indestructable unlike the stock bumper cap i have now that has obvious signs of wear and tear.
to account for the person with the ABOMB who comment, if u are talking about the front screw of my trigger frame that connects it to the body then i didnt screw it in to tight bc i never have removed the frame from the body, but i will do so when i replace the poppet in my LPR.

You've got to use a socket wrench of the correct size to unscrew the valve to get at the poppet (to pull it out)
