I really hate leaks

Alright I have found two new problems. First, I can't seem to adjust my LPR. It stays right at 100psi no matter what I do, I have even takeno out the adjuter screw, nothing. What would be causing this?

Secound I still have a leak down my barrel. I have replaced all the ram, ram sleeve and poppit orings. The cup seal looks perfect, I can't find any marks on the ram sleeve. I am pretty sure it isn't the front ram oring anyway, but I ma running out of things to check. I looked at the other threads and nothign in those helped.

I had both the issues you did, i'm trying to remember exactly what I did
for the not being able to adjust the LPR, I believe my issue was my volumiser, it wasn't installed correctly. i was missing the 011 oring on it, if you're using a volly, just check that.
for the leak down the barrel, are you sure you're using the correct style poppet? are you sure you used the correct orings on the end of the ram sleeve and poppet? I believe that one of the ram sleeve orings is a U cup. Also check to make sure that the poppet head is all the way screwed down.

Also make sure your poppit head isn't damaged at all. No nicks or cuts otherwise that might cause the leak down the barrel. For the LPR issue, again check the volly if you have one installed, and then check the internal settings for anything out of the ordinary.

Okay, on the poppit what would happen if I used an Empire style one in a 2k2 ram sleeve?

I don't have a volumizer, I know there are a few diffrent orings that go on that end of the LPR shich ones should I have there?

if it's a 2k2 ram sleeve, you should be using a 2k2 poppet i believe...I'm not entirely sure what an empire style one is. If you'd like, i can take pictures of mine in the next few days when i get a spare 5 minutes

Okay, on the poppit what would happen if I used an Empire style one in a 2k2 ram sleeve?An Empire poppet (i.e. the one out of an 05 Empire)

it is a direct replacement for the 2k2 poppet/cupseal combo and is considered an upgrade because its more like an Alias style with integrated long lasting poppet head, not discs that can wear out.

the 21k5 poppit/cupseal is a nice upgrade no lies.

As for the LPR you should have the outside o-ring around the threads for starters. I dont think you will need the oring at the base of the stem becasue your not using a columizer.
