gen 4 problem

I have a gen4 with a broken noid, I replaced the noid and today I aired it up. I turned on the board and when I aired it up the gauge went crazy high and then i cut the air really quick, I backed out the lpr screw and it just kept doing it. I controlled it because I didnt want to ruin anything but it it just peaked the 3 times i tried it. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or what is the matter? Please Help!

if you haven't tried this already, replace all the o-rings inside and outside of the LPR, the culprit may be the pin valve o-ring but its best to just start of with all fresh seals in the regs to try and minimize spiking and creeping
