so i was putting my timmy back together and had the barb in my frontblock snap :(
Any ideas on clearing it out? only solution i have is to drill and tap but what size? all i have is 6-32 and 10-32. Lastly how much flow is too much flow? If i do tap to 10-32 theres barbs out with ID's pretty f'n huge

Is it just a removable barb? If so you just need an extractor and a new barb to replace it. Auto stores carry a range of extractor, or EZ out sizes, and you will need the smallest one. Should be able to extract it by hand using one.
Look like this

Since barbs are hollow, you don't need to drill them to fit one of these into it, just stick it in and apply pressure while twisting counter clockwise slowly.

I just use the tip of a sharp pocket knife.......put it in the hole and twist!

I use a size 1 extractor. It fits perfectly in there. I think it's the smallest one available anyway. Got mine at Loews. Other hardware places should have them as well.

Yes, size 1... I couldn't remember the sizes, but checked a few minutes ago on the one that I had. I always keep it with my paintball tools, it has come in handy more than once. Using a tiny screwdriver, a knife, or some other replacement may work, but it's usually more tedious, and in my experience has been more messy/taken longer/made things worse.

Put superglue on an Allen wrench and backed it out last time I snapped one
