HELP WITH LEAK ON Naughty Dogs Timmy

Have a leak on my ND Timmy. Leak is coming from barrel area. I have already replaced the poppet and cup seal, relubed all orings but still is leaking.

What is the source of the leak?

Have you replaced and re-lubed the ram o-rings?

Not yet. Waiting for a rebuild kit to come.

I had the same thing happen to me and after rebuiding the blasted thing 3 times I finally figured out that it was the barb on the front of the ram that had a tiny crack in it , one email to crankwalk fixed the problem quickly......

Just put brand new barbs on it.

might be an o-ring issue, try replacing and lubing the seals with DOW55 when you get your kit and let us know :tup:

Just got my rebuild kit. The ram sleeve O-Rings were the problem. Replaced them and NO MORE LEAK.
