Upgrade WAS board for breakout / auto

Good afternoon to all: I just got into paintball because my sons love it. I have a Texas Storm in Black. I have a WAS board and was wondering if that board could be reprogramed with more bells and whistles. Being the "Old Man" in the game, I like to play the back position and when all is lost I help in the snake. I do a "Dead Mans Walk" at the end and would like to be able to unleash ropes of balls to give the help to the rest of the younger players. Thanks in advance. Lenny

Hello and welcome to the forum! As for the WAS board, the latest version of the software is version 2.9 and it comes with full auto as well as a ramping mode. However it no longer supports the LCD board and membrane pad, so you have to program it with trigger pulls and by reading colored flashes on the LED mounted in the grip frame. The board can easily be flashed to the newest version, our moderator lopez17 was flashing boards for free for a while but you might want to contact him to see if he still does that.

Being the "Old Man" and supporting the rear, When the game is getting near the end and I am still alive, I reload my hopper and start straight down the field shooting at the opposing team drawing fire so that my team has sniper views of the other team and gets the idiots that are shooting me. I stand straight up and walk slowly blazing shots. I wear no body armor and take what comes after me. The players at Chicagoland Paintball went wild last saturday. Walking into crossfire I got one player and my team finished the other 2 to win the game. Last Sat was the best day so far. I got the idea from WWE. I was from the Undertaker, He is my WWE hero. I love the game, but I am to old to play competition.

A perfectly legal but dirty trick that will most likley get you overshot (ok oversooting to me is 4 balls) by me if you try it.

During a game you step out of your bunker NEVER SIGNALING YOU ARE OUT, this is important becasue once you signal you are out YOU ARE OUT. But you step out of your bunker with say your barrel toward the ground and just walk slowly toward the dead box like your out and as soon as you pass the other team turn around and have target pratice at heir backs.

YA that what I mean. It is just FUN. I will get better as I play more. There are younger players who are semi pro that are teaching me new tricks. I think that they are having fun teaching me. I listen and apply their tatacis to every game. Last saturday I went to the snake because everyone chickened out, I just took off and skirted around to the S50 and popped almost everyone. Danny the ref, high 5'd and said that is the way to be aggressive. The last game I did the Walk. Fun is the name of the game. Wish I was younger to play on a team. I have just recovered from the pain of Saturday. Well, need up upgrade my Texas Storm and rope a little faster. Thanks. By the way will high flow barbs help?

Sorry for the late arrival, I've had a busier than normal week at the office (though I think this week may end up being worse). My Equalink cable is no longer working (the wires have broken due to the use it's received over the past 5 years). I have a friend that's going to try and bring it back to life but based on where the connection broke, I'm thinking it'd DOA.

haha the one time i did it i got shot like 30-40 times, but we wont the tournament because of it so it was worth it lol. :D
