Help me decide...

well, i have an extra 2k2 body that appears to have a little custom milling on it. I have some extra parts lying around that could help me start making another timmy (after i'm done my empire timmy). so give me some crazy cool ideas on what i could build with this.

try making the lightest gun you can out of it or something.

Did you just get that in a trade or something? Because that looks like a body (Like the wear marks on it and the body I had looked liked it had a little bit of milling done to it in the same place) that I traded like 2-3 months ago.

New clamping feedneck, Assassins trigger frame, then get it annoed classic Camo :D

I like the camo idea, and the lightest gun idea, but since its a 2k2 body you should use only classic 2k2 parts unless u plan o 2k5'ing it. Then put some rediculous board in it and dont forget the 45. grip fram :tup:

IRS- yea, i just bought it from a dude with a bunch of other stuff in a deal about 2 weeks ago? somethin like that. but i also got an empire body in that trade and i love those, so im working on that gun right now.

and for everyone who wants to make it light: are the alias front blocks or empire front blocks lighter or are they about the same? cuz if they were the same i could just find an empire so i wouldnt have to tap the body for an alias. im thinkin just a 2k2 torpedo reg would do, they're pretty light (aside from the cp mini regs are really light but im not a fan of how they look). i would get a gen 3 frame for it (i think they all weigh basically the same), i dont like how the 2k2 frames look/feel. i could mill down the ram sleeve in the middle a little i think or towards the ends (but staying away from the orings!) dont kno what kinda feedneck...i dont like how the hybrid ones look, so i might jsut get a BL stop one. get an empire nano on/off, they're pretty sick.

and as for the camo anno. as much as they do look sick, they're around $300 lol. so either i'll go with something cheaper or just save up a little at a time haha.

pbfrenzy44- Haha, ya that was the body off of my old 2k2 that I traded for the guys iPod, I also traded him a bunch of other 2k2 stuff. Sorry that the paint is rough it has a long line of owners since I got it used from another guy that got it used and I didn't both asking where he got it from, lol.

crankwalk- that paint job is pretty sweat.

IRS- yea it is pretty dinged up haha. but i didnt really even notice it cuz i was so excited that i was getting an empire body lol.

I just about edited my post right when I sent it thinking he was pulling my leg...

I almost posted yeah I can see it but I was in the Military and have been trained on how to spot things that have been camo'ed...

LOL... set myself up a treat for that one :D

Makes me chuckle to spy woodsballers in stalker mode. Kitted out in head to toe Real Tree/Magic Hedge/Ninja Log etc... camo gear, only to spoil the plot with a bright (insert eye watering colour here) annodise finish on their marker.

Oh well... gives me a nice target to aim at I suppose? ;)

Lol, I kind of wish that I wouldn't have traded but in other ways I am kind of happy. It is just memorable since it was my first (and only thus far) Timmy, and I built it from the ground up with some help from Crankwalk and others.

slap a critical frame on it,put a new feedneck on it..mill that body down a lil to smooth it out..anodize it,slap some kila detents on it..heck i dunno..im in the process of maybe getting an aftermarket timmy body and swapping the internals of one of my timmies into it and getting a new frame as well for it..
