I think the best that I've ever come across, just from looking on the net is gruntbull anodising. Check out the link below. As to how much, I couldn't say. But if you drop them a line I'm sure they'll fill you in.
I'm sure there are other anodisers out there, but from the gallery pictures posted and the comments/reviews of buyers who have had their markers done, they look like a prety good company to go to.
I also know from reading threads posted on PbNation that there are some back street abortionists out there that offer insane cheep prices for custom anno finishes. As I was always told when growing up in this bad old world, "you get what you pay for".

I've used PBCustomz. They had a special for members of this forum at one time, but I haven't seen much out of them lately. The PBR staff had a custom cocker done for a member of our forum who was a Vet and was diagnosed with Leukemia. That was done by Gruntbull. We had a great experience with him, but I know several others have found him hard to deal with (longer wait times than expected, tough communication).
I just had a color match job done by Lorne at PrecisionPB in Bradford PA. He did an incredible job matching an 7-8 year old anno on my Ripper body and putting it onto an empire gripframe. The tolerances came back super tight and he was great to deal with.
I'd recommend shopping around, asking for quotes...see who gets back to you quickly and look at their previous work.

Yes PBCustomz used to be a Forum affiliate before the crash, but they have not been in contact since - although they may still have an IOG discount. I believe it was 5%. I've heard great reviews of PrecisionPB and although I've never personally used them for anno, they did a good job fixing a valve chamber puncture on a Dark body for me.
