Got a leak from down the barrel and i cant seem to fix this mofo.
What i have done is...
1. changed ram 0-rings.
2. change ram sleeve 0-rings (didn't have square cut so used 015)
3. changed poppet o-ring.
I use nothing but dow 55 and have a epek ram kit installed, lmk what you guys think, peace.

could be a bad poppet head itself no longer sealing right.. they can be replaced, the white part unscrews so you can put a new one on. BLAST would have these parts - also drop me a PM I think I can help you with the sleeve o-ring trouble.
by chance does the leak hiss change tone at all when you press down on the bolt pin or anything?

Not personally but I don't see why that wouldn't be a wearable part.. perhaps it lost its rigidity and was no longer sealing. Glad to hear you got it fixed and that is one more thing to try when people have a leaky poppet problem. Thanks!

In SPYDERS and spyder clones this has been an issue I have come across in the past. If the cup seal is just starting to go bad I can usually swap in a stiffer spring and use the cup seal another year or two. Then when I replace the cup seal I swap back in the old spring and it works just fine. But there is tension on the spring at all times so it only is to reason that eventaully the spring will weaken over time.
I did not fully read cranky's post so he may have said this already but also just the act of taking everything apart and puting it back together you might have tweeked something that just wasn't seated right the first times you took it apart and the spring didn't fix a thing just taking it apart did it.

^^ Ya i think thats what is happing here, switched out the epek ram spring for a spyder black poppet spring and it sealed but when i went and tested it i couldn't get above 230 fps so added more weight to the ram to compensate for the stiffer spring, now im shooting 280's.
