I find it funny that after we talked about that hiss just two days ago, I get it this Sunday.
I was out playing on a new field sunday, so I was stoked, no problems with my alias at all till the last round, I shoot about 2 cases of paint. The last round I am playing back center with another kid and off the break I get one shoot and then nothing, look down red dot on the virtue.... turn off my hopper and turn it back on 2 shakes were in action, figure it was a halo issue mabey it sat to long idol. Got up shoot one rope and same problem.
At this point I just want to shoot so I turn the eyes off and finish the round. get home break it down and clean everything stupid eyes, q-tip found a paint ball shell piece about half the size of the eye got lodged in there...
Gassed the gun back up and i hear a small hiss... degas it, pop open the ram sleeve, pop out the ram, inspect the o-rings, nothing there but change them anyway re lube and drop in, slap on the ram cap. replace the bolt air it up, same hiss....
I put my finger inside the bolt tube and play around with the bolt, still stiff. put my finger over the bolts hole and it was muffled.
I don't have another ram sleeve to swap it out with, usually changing the o-rings and re lubing has always fixed this problem in the past. Any other suggestions guys? I have an Engram ( spelling) ram coming in the mail, mabey I should just wait and drop that bad boy in and see if its the ram:confused:
