so i got a gun in the mail today. and i gas it up and it leaks out of one of the barbs (i bought it from a kid knowing it leaked) so i just tighten'd the barb and it stopped leaking. then the membrane pad wouldnt turn the board off, so i messed with it a bit and got it to work and then put the clamshell back on and gassed it up and it leaked out of the front barb and it hadnt leaked there before. so i was like "what the hell?" so i took the frame off so i could get at it easily and i started messing with it and then all of a sudden the hose shot off one of the barbs for no reason at all and i hadnt even been touching it (its brand new high flow tubing from crankwalk and the barbs are high flow as well i believe but not the kind he sells, they have the double barbs on them not just one). so is the high flow tubing to big for some barbs or something?

the high flow tubing seats snug on Bob Long's brass high flow barbs and would not shoot off like that. I can only guess that the barbs on the marker you received are either not high flow, and are the skinny low flow 2k2 or an aftermarket kind of barbs that have a skinny exterior meant for small hose. Drop me a PM and I'll send you some smaller autococker hosing to see if that fixes the problem.

if it were me i would upgrade to the newer high flow barbs. they are cheap and they seem to be easyier to come by. crank has some for sale on this site

got the hose today (thank u very much crankwalk). replaced it and it worked! but then i found that the lpr was shot and was working as a gas through. it blew out the noid lol. but i fixed the lpr and noid so its good now. but then the membrane pad is broken so im getting another one.

Hey glad to hear the cocker hose fixed your issue.. and sorry to hear all that other stuff went wrong! Usually when the LPR acts as a gas through (i.e. if you turn the HPR screw it affects the gauge, and turning the LPR screw does nothing) it has something to do with the pin valve washer, valve seat washer or pin valve itself. Hope you get the last bits sorted out!
