Email Notification

I'm having a problem with email notification. I have my options set to "no email notification" but I'm still getting notification for threads that I'm replying to. Is there any way to fix this? I did not have this problem before IOG went down.

I was having a problem with that also. I went to my user cp and changed my "Default Thread Subscription Mode" to "do not subscribe". That kept me from getting e-mails every time someone replied to a thread I had posted in. Hope that helps.

Hi guys.. I've looked through the settings and there's nothing that I can find (right now) that forces emails to be sent. All I know is that when you first sign up, the default is to subscribe with e-mail notification. You might have to try this

on the far right, you probably have a bunch of threads marked "Instant" under the Notification heading. You can select them by clicking the tickbox to the right of that heading.. and at the bottom you should see an "Update Subscription Type" dropdown menu.. pick "No Email Notification" and click Go and hopefully that should mass-update all your previously subscribed threads.
