Difference between M5 & M6 Tadao boards.

Can anyone explain to me the difference between the M5 & M6 Tadao boards?

I have the M6 board in my Empire II, and am looking for a board for my 2k4 Alias (re-build project) and I could be tempted to pick up a M5 board.

i think it is just the modes and such. i dont see what all they could have changed

The only thing that I can see that is different is that with the M6 board when you want to change any settings all you do is hold in the trigger and turn on the marker. Where as with the M5 board, you have to hold in button 2 on the membrane pad and then turn on the marker to gain access to the settings menu.

If anyone know's of any other differences than that, then please point them out to me.

The other difference is that M6 has "Gansgster" mode which is the breakout modes (illegal in tourneys, fun for mucking around with friends) and it no longer has the option to set eye on and eye off color of the LED (M5 has this option). Other than that they seem identical to me as far as all the other modes & functionality.

Yup...that's about the only other goodie(s) that the M5 doesn't have. If you don't care about Gangster mode (which I largely don't...unless I play at Warplay where full auto is allowed), then it's a non issue for you.
