It's quite easy. Remove your grip screws and then the four frame screws. This will enable you to remove your clamshell. Open the clamshell. You should see the old board in there already. Unscrew the small set screw holding it in place. Lift the board up from it's resting position. Disconnect the LCD ribbon (if applicable) from the top of the board. Then gently pull the 12 and 14 point harnesses from the prongs on the back of the board.
Now, remove your old board. Put your WAS board in it's place and connect the 12 and 14 point harnesses into the prongs on the back of the WAS Board. Reconnect the LCD ribbon and clamp it down with the white clamp. Gently screw in the set screw and reattach your clamshell.

Unfortunately I don't have a 2k2 clammy on hand to show you but check out this link (http://www.paintballguns.net/timmytech.php) - has some good pictures of the inside of a 2k2 clammy

there was no stock board and you sent me the wrong length grip screws. They are like 1/2 in too long.

Ahh, I see. You should have PM'ed me as soon as you discovered this! What I sent you were frame-to-body mounting screws for a 2k2 Timmy with LCD clamshell, as that is what the majority of the people who order my kits need. It is also specified in the screw kit description that they are LCD screws - what you need, it sounds like, is screws for the LED version of the clamshell frame, which are not as common. Fortunately, I have the proper length screws for you. I will send them out tomorrow free of charge :D

You're welcome and I hope you are able to get the board in! basically you just want to make sure that the 12pt harness connector goes at the top of the double-row of connector prongs on the board... and the 14pt connector goes at the bottom.

longest hose goes on [top right]-facing barb and connects to the front of the ram sleeve
2nd longest hose goes on the left-facing barb and connects to the front block
shortest hose goes on [bottom right]-facing barb and connects to the rear of the ram sleeve

one thing that you have to watch out for (this happened to me) is the top grip screw will touch the board and case it to short out.

ah yes and not only that, it can break the tab where the LCD screen ribbon slides into - but that's going to be too much of a problem since you have a LED gripframe - however a broken part always has a lowered resale value

You can resolder any wires that may be ripped. Your local store could easily help you with this.
There's only one size solenoid. Do you have it positioned correctly?
