Well, I got a texas storm a little while ago. I lent it to my friend to use at one of her practices (because I havn't had any time to play recently) and when I asked her how it was she said that it ate all her air. The lpr is between 70-75 last time I checked. It doesn't have a stock 2k2 ram in it. It looks like it might be an Eigenram but I'm not sure It doesn't have a bumper on it and the ram cap is bumpered (is that a word? lol). I could take a picture of the ram if you need.

Did you ask her how much she shot? She might have just shot more than she thought she did. And what is the HPR set to? I would also check it for any leaks, because that could easily be the problem.

hpr is at 250 and there arnt any leaks, gassed it up yesterday and it was perfect

might be the dwell is too high, wasting air with every shot.. do you know the board settings?

idk the exact settings, its a WAS 2.6 and its on the tournament lock. and i checked yesterday it does have an eigenram.

I'd double check the dwell setting (check the ultimate sticky for links to download board manuals to get it out of tourney lock) - if you aren't finding huge leaks and the HPR is 250 then the eigen wouldn't be causing air loss problems.. usually what people may find with the eigenram is that it is so light you can't get the velocity up to chrono and people turn up their regs more

Double check settings and sweet spot your regs.

You could also test it out yourself. Your going by what someone else has told you and first hand experience might help you find the problem if there is one. Like IRS said "She might have just shot more than she thought she did." The best way to know for sure is to do your own test.

well i got to test it today. i gassed it up and started shooting reballs out of it, noticed the lpr was at 100 for starters. backed it down and then started tuning the reg, got it shooting between 265 and 280 fps (it was with reballs so it was kinda wacky). so then i just started shooting it over and over to see how much i could shoot, and i shot 350 and it used about 1300 psi. then i noticed a very strong leak was coming from the cupseal on the popit, replaced the cupseal, lubed the oring on the popit adn the ram (by the way it is a eigenram) and gassed it back up and no more leak. shot another 250 out of it adn it used about 700ish psi. degassed it adn checked the reg to see what it was at and it was at about 210 psi. so its running pretty good now.

good! glad you got it figured out yeah it was probably a small leak that went unnoticed until you started railing on it. I'm amazed at how much a simple o-ring either leaking or sealing can affect efficiency. if it comes back I'd try replacing some rings...
