What year model is this marker?

Can anyone help me out here? I'm thinking about buying this marker but not sure if the seller is being honest about the make and year.

That's a 2K2 style marker. It has an AIM body with a 2K2 gripframe and likely 2K2 wiring/ram sleeve.
