so I gassed up my 2K6 empire timmy today and air is just pouring out of the ram where the bolt pin drops in and if I turn the gun on it still cycles so Im pretty sure its not the solonoid. I puled the ram out but not the ram sleve and inspected it but nothing seemed wrong... any suggestions???

You may need to replace and relube both o-rings on the ram.. it could be that the wear is not noticeable to the eye but still creating an improper seal once in the sleeve.

jim4130- I am saying do what crankwalk said, just relube all of your o-rings and if you are still having problems I would replace the ram o-rings and after that I would start replacing other o-rings.

Don't even bother to relube with a bad leak, just replace.

1. replace <- do this first!
2. relube

Which o-rings do you need, just the ram? If so PM me with your address, I'll mail some out to you.
