Very very stupid question

Ok, this is gonna sound really stupid but i'd appreciate anyone who can help me out. For my sig I've been trying to make a link to my feedback but without the actually link showing, just have the link in the form of "Feedback" and u press that and you go to it u kno what i mean? like so many other people have but i just cant find out how to do it for the life of me. So anyone who tells me how to do it I will worship them lol not really but I'll be grateful
