Strange leak in my Dark

I just put a new Marq reg on my Dark Timmy. After resetting both the regs and adjusting for velocity it will start leaking from the barrel. Funny thing is it doesn't leak till you run 40 to 50 balls thru it, and once I stop shooting you can gradually hear the hiss come back :facepalm: I've had it apart and checked all the o-rings and relubed and the poppet is brand new. Any ideas. I'm stumped

Check the output pressure of the new regulator. The seal in it maybe bad/ worn and creeping.

It was a nicked o-ring on the ram sleeve. Don't know how I missed it.
